About Grace

Our Purpose

Grace Fellowship exists to lead people into a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and to help them join God's mission.

Our Children's Ministry

Children are a very special part of who we are as a church. Grace Land is a ministry where our teachers communicate God's love and truth in a dynamic way. Classes for infants, toddlers, 2's & 3's begin at the start of the service; 4's, 5's, and Kids Church (age 6-10) begin after the worship (singing) service. If you are new to our service, please see one of the greeters so that we can meet with you briefly to get important information about your child's needs and preferences.

Our Prayer Team

Contact the prayer team at 368-1631 or prayer.gracefellowship@gmail.com.

Our Offering

We don't take a public offering. Rather, we have a "Joy Box" at the back of the auditorium for tithes and offerings. We trust that God will meet our financial needs through those who call Grace their church home. If you are a visitor, please do not feel obligated to give.

What We Believe

Our Mission--to demonstrate and bring people into a dynamic, personal relationship with Jesus Christ..

About God--We believe there is only one God, Creator and Ruler of everything, infinitely perfect, all powerful, all knowing and eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (The Trinity), each fully God yet personally distinct from one anther. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to man and to become the Savior of the lost world.

About the Scriptures--We believe that Scripture, composed of the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament, is the inspired, God exhaled word of God and is without error in the original writing. The Bible was given by God through chosen people and thus reflects the backgrounds, styles, and vocabulary of human writers. The Bible is the full and final authority in all that it teaches on all matters of faith and practice; there are no other writings similarly inspired by God. The Bible’s truth is timeless and speaks to our everyday lives

About Mankind--We believe that mankind was created in the image of God to have fellowship with Him but became alienated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man is incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through his own effort.

About Salvation--We believe that God’s purpose for every person is to have fellowship with Him as a way of life, but every person is disobedient to God’s desires and plans in varying degrees. Any disobedience to God, regardless of how large or small, is characterized as sin. Sin literally separates each person from God, which is spiritual death. People can be united with God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and Him alone. Anyone who accepts and believes in Jesus as the Son of God and in His death for the forgiveness of their personal sins, and desires to have Him as the Leader of their life, is forgiven for every sin. Upon this personal decision to be a Christ-follower, God re-establishes a personal relationship with that person and promises eternal life. This salvation is a gift that is received by turning away from sins and putting your faith in Jesus for who He is and what He did and committing to this as a way of life. It cannot be earned through personal goodness or effort, but is rather a result of God’s mercy and grace. The relationship with Jesus is maintained through living a life that would please God through obedience to Him. Those who make a decision to be a Christ-follower have life in Him now and when they reach the end of their lives they will be awarded the privilege of spending eternity in heaven.

About the Church--We believe that all those, anywhere, who acknowledge Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord make up the one true Church. The local church is a congregation of believers who gather for worship, prayer, Biblical instruction, the observance of baptism and communion, encouragement, mutual accountability, development of gifts and talents for godly service and community with each other across all boundaries. Through the Church, Christ-followers invest their resources and themselves in service to fulfill the Great commission of reaching out to those who are far from God and bringing them into a dynamic personal relationship with Jesus. We believe baptism and communion are God’s ordinances to be observed by believers in Jesus Christ, but not to be regarded as means of salvation.

Faith and Practice--Scripture is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. While we believe this we recognize that we cannot bind the conscience of individuals in areas where scripture is not specific. Rather, each believer is to be led in these areas by the Lord, to whom he or she is ultimately responsible. By following the promptings of the Holy Spirit and adhering to God’s Word and seeking Him, we can best observe His greatest commandments, which are to love Him with all your heart, soul and mind and love others and extend grace to them. We believe that every Christian who is truly a Christ-follower will purpose to live for Christ and not for himself. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every follower of Jesus should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ.
